Message	The original owner in Colorado was selling it on ebay about 2 or 3 months ago. I'm pretty sure I spoke to him on the phone a few years back as there was a stock, green, auto 96tt with 3K miles for sale on autotrader. I called him because it had a two tone, black and white interior similar to the convertible models in which, IIRC according to him, was a special dealer ordered option for his car. When I mentioned I was looking for a white one, he said he had a white commerative TT in storage with even a lot less miles than the green one but he wasnt selling it. It all checks out on autocheck, but the peculiar thing is if you look close at the front bumper, there is fading exactly in the shape of where the license plate would go. The dealer doesnt show a front end shot, you only see it from the side shot. It wasn't visible when the original owner had it for sale.
